IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We do not agree to organize any kind of social gatherings, stag, hen parties and other high-profile parties in our apartments. This is due to care for the highest standard of our apartments and peace of the neighbors.
Rules for the use of apartments:
- CA reserves the right to collect a deposit, refundable up to 7 business days, if the CA regulations are not violated.
- In the case of an advance payment and cancellation of the reservation less than two days before the initial date of the reservation, the advance payment is not refundable. 2-room apartment for 2 people at a lower price (studio price) - ask about the availability of the offer in the office.
- Prices include all taxes.
- INTERNET is FREE OF CHARGE.
- PARKING FOR OUR GUESTS - PLN 40 a day. Are you coming by car We'll make sure you have a safe place to park it.
- Additional person only 40 PLN.
- LAST MINUTE prices apply when you book the apartment the day before or on the day of arrival.
- Leave us to clean the apartments - FREE OF CHARGE - also for long-term stays.
- During the New Year's Eve (29.12 to 03.01) we make reservations for a minimum of 3 days, 60% should be added to the standard price.
- For weekend stays, the second night with a 50% discount - this applies to stays from Saturday and Sunday for at least 2 nights.
- During the big concerts and events we rent apartments for at least 2 days.
- BABY package - FREE.
